Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.2 Odds and Markets. 92pjr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any market or game at any time without prior notice. Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
7.3 Voids and Cancellations. A wager may be declared void by 92pjr where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published in error; or there is clear evidence of a technical fault during bet placement. Voided wagers are returned to the player's balance as real-money funds.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pjr shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
12.2 92pjr's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 92pjr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 92pjr will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any unplanned outage but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
12.4 92pjr is not responsible for any telecommunications failure, internet connectivity disruption, or device malfunction that results in a wager not being received, confirmed, or settled as intended by the player.
13.1 By the Player. A player may close their 92pjr account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, the player must withdraw any real-money balance. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines. Bonus funds held at the time of account closure are forfeited.
